調査の背景・要旨

医療を支える看護師は「人の役に立ちたい」という強い使命感を持って働いています。
しかし、あるアンケート調査では、日々の業務でストレスを感じる看護師は約8割、頻度については「週に数回感じる」が最多となっておりました。

看護部長になる年齢は50歳以上が目安と言われており、そのためボーナス額も最高になる傾向があります。
